Ripeness Calendar for U-pick
July-August 2008

Blueberries are ready now. U-pick opportunities for blueberries are available at Earl's Farm Market, Dee's Lakeshore Farm, and Stephenson's Farm Market. Raspberries are available now for u-pick at Earl's Farm Market and Dee's Lakeshore Farm. U-pick sweet cherries didn't have much of a season this year due to a cold May; they are available for purchase at many Lakeshore Harvest Country farm markets. U-pick peaches will hopefully start on Saturday July 26 in time for Family Farm Fest--we'll see if this warm weather continues!
