6th Annual Family Farm Fest
Saturday, July 27, 10am-5pm This year's theme is Farm, Fresh, FUN. A day of hands on fun is a hit with grandparents and kids alike. Free admission, some activities may have a small charge. All Farms open with activities for kids of all ages. Experience Farm, Fresh, FUN with fictional characters young Farmer Jane and young Farmer John and learn about farm life U-pick & We-pick opportunities - Wagon Rides - Games with Prizes – Craft projects -Seasonal Fresh Fruits and Vegetables - Homespun Hospitality - Wine tasting– Farm Animals -Fresh Bouquets and U-pick Flowers - Ice Cream - some activities may have a small fee. This beautiful 1963 Lincoln Continental is about to conquer the clues of our Road Rally. The 2013 Road Rally departs from Khnemu Studio on Fernwood Farm, 6322 113th Ave, Fennville The clues make everyone pay attention while traveling the roads to see what our Lakeshore Harvest Country farms have to offer. This Fall, we've got lovely autumn produce--gourds, pumpkins, apples, squash, popcorn that's decorative until you eat it...and all the surprises that farm life offers. Our special events that invite you out to the farm are days when you can plan to enjoy yourselves! The Road Rally is one of our most favorite events, and we try hard to do it in style--over 20 door prizes, chances for wine tasting along the way (always drink responsibly!), giveaways for kids, and that ginormous trophy. So we really like it when you all delight in driving back roads to find us, visiting our farms, seeing our animals, buying our fresh produce, and browsing through our always delightful, sometimes surprising farm markets. Hope to see you in 2013, no matter what you're driving. Remember, one low price per vehicle! Line up your friends now! |
